School Learning Environment

Despite the committed teaching staff and the increasing number of pupils interested in joining the school, we still have very limited facilities, and yet the school revenues are not sufficient to meet all the school facilities. The school has inadequate facilities to create the much-needed good learning environment for pupils.

The school has two semi-permanent buildings with a total of nine classrooms, of which only five have the capacity to accommodate 40 pupils each. The four classes have a capacity to accommodate 30 pupils each. The school management plans to construct more classrooms to accommodate the increasing number of pupils.

The school has a total of 54 desks, four chairs and lacks cupboards to keep teaching materials. The school has acquired basic textbooks for teachers’ references but the pupils do not as yet have copies. Whereas the school has a water tap, we still lack a water tank storage facility to tap water and ensure availability at all times.
