BAJ Achievements
Bright Angels Junior School is proud to have a strong team of leaders and teaching personnel, who have devoted their time to teaching pupils to attain academic excellence. Since its founding three years ago, the following achievements have been realised.
- Our pioneer pupils excelled in the National Primary Leaving examinations in 2012. Out of the 7 pupils that sat for PLE, four(4) attained first grade and the three attained second grade. With this performance, Bright Angels Junior School is among the best performing schools in Kampala district.
- Numeracy and literacy. The numeracy and literacy of all our pupils is to standard. All our pupils speak good English that is commensurate to their levels.
- Discipline of pupils. We have been able to maintain high levels of discipline among pupils, which has placed us on good terms with the school neighbourhood and the community at large.
- Improvement with school infrastructure. Having started with three temporary classrooms in 2010, the school management is proud of having seven semi-permanent classrooms with the capacity to accommodate up to three hundred pupils. The school has secured a 20 year lease for the land on which the premises are located, we have connection to piped water and electricity national grid. These have improved the learning environment of pupils.
